The theme this year for IWD is Give To Gain and we think that couldn’t be any more appropriate for this supersonic collective who are doing so much for women in the industry right now.

Give To Gain emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication. When women thrive, we all rise.

Whether through donations, knowledge, resources, infrastructure, visibility, advocacy, education, training, mentoring, or time, contributing to women's advancement helps create a more supportive and interconnected world..

Big Sis DJs are a Stroud-based collective known and loved across the South West for their high energy party starting performances spanning multiple dance music eras & genres. They are creating & curating space behind the booth & on the dancefloor for women & non binary folks age 30+ through workshops, courses, club nights & a growing private hire agency
